After meeting CoCo in 2014 for private lessons, to make her less skiddish & approachable for the show ring.

Her owners, Arleene & Shelia, had some big problems with her not allowing judges touch her or standing still.

She would not even allow me to touch her on my first visit. I knew I had my hands full with  this Behavior change challenge !

I noticed her fun loving, play attitude immediately & zoned in on that to work with her.

I would place a biscut in my mouth & have her take it from me, allowing me to touch her face more & more, each time. I told her. "I am telling you secrets."

It worked. Then we put her in group classes I had in Marmora to socialize her with sounds, other dogs, and people.

In one year, she was winning!! And still is !

Champion Braewynd's Pretty in Pink got her

championship in August 2015 !!

And I fell in love with a Great Dane,

 I tell secrets to all the time.
